Greg grew up in Lorne Park and spent many hours paddling at the Mississauga Canoe Club and playing hockey at arenas in the GTA. After graduation from Lorne Park Secondary School he attended the Ivey school of business at the University of Western Ontario. His first job was with Coca-Cola Enterprises in Business Development. Later he went to Bay Street working with CIBC World Markets in Sales and Trading. While at CIBC he completed level 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) course. In 2005 Greg made a career turn to something he loved dreaming about as a child, and started home building. From 2005-2014 he acted a the owner/builder or General Contractor on 12 projects with construction budgets ranging from $120,000 - $600,000.
The skills learned during building projects assists Greg in his role as a Real Estate Salesperson that commenced in 2009. Clients of Greg’s often buy homes that need major renovations and his experience with architects, city planners, councillors, construction trades, engineers, conservation authorities, committee of adjustment boards and neighbors has helped address client concerns and create confidence in attainment of his clients goal.
Greg works closely with clients that are connected to his network where the roots stem from the Lorne Park and Port Credit areas. Most of his clients or those that have referred him have know him for more than 20 years. His focus on detail is high as he understands the cost of construction and the need to build and protect wealth. Understanding economics, changes in taxes and zoning are a big part of his vocabulary.
